    Hi,

The Ludum Dare Logo competition has been producing some really great logos!

I’ve decided to extend the competition another week to let people make more variations and add more logos. If you have a 2nd or 3rd idea, just create another account at LudumDare.com and add another entry :)

    Cheers!

  • [gamecompo] Ludum Dare logo contest – this week!

Date: 2011.01.17 | Category: Syndicated Mailing List Posts | Response: 0

Hi, we’ve had various Ludum Dare logos over the years, but I think it’s time we got something new and shiny!

So we’re doing a contest! Make your Ludum Dare logo and enter it. Be sure to include a link to a hi-res version of the logo. All logos submitted will be considered as public domain gifts to the community.

The winner of the contest will get the honor of seeing the logo used to help promote Ludum Dare!

The contest begins NOW and ends Jan 24th.

  • [gamecompo] Ludum Dare 19 – Final week of voting

Date: 2011.01.03 | Category: Syndicated Mailing List Posts | Response: 0

    Hey all,

I hope you all had a good holiday. This is just a reminder that
there’s just 1 week left to play and rate games entered in the
previous Ludum Dare competition. Every game you play and rate helps.

    http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-19/

The individual voting pages are pretty good at giving us an even
spread of votes across all games. If you want to help us drill down
and increase the number of votes for some of the low voted games, you
can use this link to see how many votes each game has:

Most games with 0’s are Jam games, but many Jam entrants would still
appreciate feedback and comments. Ideally, we’d like every competition
game to get at least 20 ratings, to make sure we get a good average.

Also, hdon released a very helpful greasemonkey script that improves
the formatting of that page, and even adds searching. You can check
    that out here:

    Thanks!
